Everything was great, reasonably clean hotel, exceptionally nice and quiet location in the living-room area. The stuff where really helpful and amicable and helped with free parking. Overall family atmosphere. Location close enough to the nearest bus station as well as the bus stop.

The hotel room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, as well as beautiful views of the nearby lake and mountain. Its location was well-connected and offered easy access to many restaurants and attractions. the private bathing facility was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The hotel was quite difficult to find without clear instructions, and we ended up getting lost several times. the walk from the bus stop to the hotel was uphill and quite tiring, making it a less-than-ideal choice for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast, although limited in vegetarian options, was tasty and filling. The location, although a bit far from the bus stop, offered a peaceful and picturesque setting near Yamanaka lake. I highly recommend this charming accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of Mount Fuji. The staff was incredibly helpful, from reserving a taxi to ensuring that I had a delicious breakfast every morning. Additionally, the location was quiet and peaceful with easy access to parking and transportation.
